Veg Biryani Recipe
Today we are going to learn another new recipe that you will like. You should definitely try this recipe at home. The name of this recipe is Cafe Delites Veg Biryani Recipe. Let’s start with the recipe.
First, start the gas and put the cooker in it and add 1 tbsp Ghee, Cinnamon Stick 1, Star anise 1, cloves 2, cardamom 2, bay leaf 1, Onion 1 medium size, Green chilli 1, and fry well for 2 min. Then add ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp and stir once.
Now add tomato 1 medium size chopped and stir, then add some mint leaves and stir, then add chopped carrot 1, chopped potato 1, beans 1/2 cup and stir well. Then add 1 cup of peas and stir a little. Then add chilli powder 1 tsp, coriander powder 1 tsp, garam masala 1/2 tsp, turmeric powder 1/4 tsp, test to salt, curd 3 tbsp and stir well.
Now add 1 & 1/2 cup of water and stir the mixture, and let it simmer for 30 minutes on low flame, then add 1 cup of basmati rice and stir well. Remove after 7-10 minutes. Your recipe is ready.
