Sweet Rasmalai Recipe

First of all, start Gas with Flame Medium and put a pot on it and add 1 kg sugar and 200 ml water in it and let it boil well. Now take a small pot and put 1 gm of Saffron, 1/4 cup warm water in it and keep it well.

Now take out these balls in a small pot and let it soak for 1 hour in water.
Now boil 1 ltr milk for 15 min. Then add 75 gms of sugar to it. Now add 1 gm of Saffron in 1/4 cup of warm water. Then add cardamom powder 1/4 tbsp, Rose Water 1 drop, and stir (keep gas flame low). Now remove this mixture to a bowl. Now discard the balls kept in this mixture for soaking. Your recipe is complete.
Garnish with pistachio, tutty fruity, almonds flakes.
