Schezwan Fried Rice Recipe

Schezwan Fried Rice Literature
- 1 Cup Rice
- 1 Cup Carrot
- 1/2 Cup French Beans
- 1/2 Cup Cabbage
- 1/2 cup Spring Onions
- 2 Tbsp Oil
- 1/2 Cup Garlic & Ginger Paste
- 1 Tbsp Shezwan Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Red Chilli Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Tomato Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Soya Sauce
- 2 Red Chilli & Red Food Color
- Salt (As per Test)
First of all, you want to cook the rice, put water in a pot, add a little oil in it (which will free the rice), and then put the rice in it. And cook 80% Rice. Now remove the rice in a colander so that the excess water in it is removed.
Now put the pan on gas and add a little oil to it. Now add Garlic & Ginger Paste, Carrot, French Beans, Cabbage, Spring Onions and stir for 1 minute.
Then there’s Shezwan Sauce, Red Chilli Sauce, Add Tomato Sauce, Soya Sauce, 2 Red Chilli & Red Food Color, and salt to taste and stir for 1 minute and then add your cooked Rice. Stir well and cover the pan for 5 minutes.
