Potato Roll Samosa Recipe

First, take a bowl and add 1 cup four, 1 tbsp Oil, 1/2 tsp salt and mix well, then add 1/3 cup water and knead the mixture into a soft dough, then add 1/2 tsp black seed Pour and mix and cover for 10 minutes.
Now in another bowl, peel 2-3 boiled potatoes and cut one potato into four parts, then grate all these pieces. Then apply oil on your hands and make 6-7 balls.
Now take another bowl, add 2 tbsp flour, and 2 tbsp water and mix well. Now after 10 minutes, take the covered dough and roll it thinly, Then cut vertically in four places. You should put the prepared balls in it one by one and roll them. (Add a little water and stick to the end where the roll ends.)
Now start the gas and put oil in a deep pan and fry in it. When the oil is hot, add the roll and fry it till golden colour. Your recipe is ready.
