First, take a small pot and smash the boiled potatoes (aloo) in it well then add ginger 1/2 tsp (grated), green chili 2 (chopped), cumin powder 1 tsp, turmeric powder 1 tsp, all-purpose flour 2 tsp, bread Add crumbs 1/2 cup, salt as per test, onion 1 (chopped), sweet corn 1/4 cup (boiled), green peas 1/4 cup (boiled) and mix well. Take the mixture in hand and see if the balls are forming. If that happens, suppose that your mixture is ready at once.
Now you want to make round shaped cutlets of this mixture. You can give any shape to cutlets as per your liking. Make cutlets of all the mixture into round shapes. Now take 2-3 tsp flour and take 1/2 cup bread crumbs.
Now remove the flour and bread crumbs into different bowls. Pour water into a bowl of flour and dilute (you want to dip in it) Now take one potato cutlets one by one and dip them in a thin batter of flour and put Bread Crumbs on it well. Do the same process on all these Recipes.
