First of all, you want to take Poha of Medium size. You want to take this Poha out of water. Add tbsp oil and mix well.
Now start gas and put the pan on it. Add 2-3 tbsp oil to it, then add cumin seeds and some mustard seeds and stir well. Now add ginger and garlic paste. Stir well. Now you want to put Poha in it. Put Poha in the pan and stir well.
Finely chop the gas and stir for 1 minute. Your Poha is ready. Make sure you have breakfast in the morning and eat it with tea because it will not make you hungry soon. Some people have this problem whether they have breakfast or not.
