Masala Pulao Recipe
Today we are going to make a very tasty Masala Pulao Recipe. This very tasty recipe will be loved by all your family, let’s start First of all take good quality rice and wash the rice well 2-3 times. Now you want to soak the rice. Add enough water to soak the rice completely and let it soak for 15 to 20 minutes. Let’s do another recipe for our Recipe till the rice is soaked.
First of all, start the gas and put the cooker on it, and when it gets a little hot, add oil to it. Now when the oil gets a little hot, add Bay Leaf, Cinnamon, Cloves, Cumin Seeds in it and stir for a while. Now add chopped onion and stir well on gas medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes. Now you will see that the onion is reddish in color.
Now add 3 to 4 vertically chopped green chilies, then add potato which is 1 inch in size, cut green peas and 3 tomatoes and stir the mixture. The main flavor of your recipe is Tomato. After stirring, add salt to taste. Now add Turmeric Powder, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, Fennel Seeds, Biryani Masala. Add and stir well and add some cilantro.
Now you want to put the soaked rice in it, remove the rice and after stirring a little, add 2 cups of water in it and cook your pulao well with the lid of the cooker for 5 to 7 minutes, your masala pulao recipe is ready.
