Mango Ice Cream Recipe
First, take a medium size 1 mango and peel it and then cut it into small pieces, then put all these pieces in a grinder, Then add 1/3 cup fresh curd and grind. Then pour the mixture into a bowl.
Now pour this mixture into kulfi mold / short glass, and tap well so that all the air in it escapes. Then cover it with foil paper. And then make small holes with a knife and insert ice-cream sticks in that hole.
Now keep all this in a glass freezer for 6-7 hours. Then take water in a bowl and put these frozen glasses in it so that the ice cream in the glass comes out well. Your recipe is ready.
