Garlic Tomato Basmati Rice Recipe
Today we are going to see another new recipe called Cafe Delites Garlic Tomato Basmati Rice Recipe. Try this recipe at home and let us know exactly how you like its taste.
First of all, you want to wash the Basmati Rice well 2 times, and remove it in a bowl, now cut the Tomatoes into large chunks and grind them well with the help of a grinder.
Now start the gas and put a deep pan on it then put Ghee in it (you can add oil) When oil is hot add 1 tsp Cumin in it and fry on medium flame till good brown, then add well chopped 2 Green Chili, 1 tsp Garlic Add Paste, 1 tsp Ginger Paste and fry for 2 minutes.
Now add 1/2 cup peas and fry for 2 minutes, then add Tomato Pure and stir well then add test to Salt. Stir well until the water in the tomato pure runs out completely (low flame) (the better you stir the tomato puree, the better the taste).
Now add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 2-3 tbsp coriander leaves, 1/2 tsp red chili and stir well for 3-4 minutes, then add 2 & 1/2 cup water. Stir well, now cover the pan, and cook for 10-15 minutes on medium flame. Your recipe is ready.
