Egg Kheema Masala Recipe

First, take 5 eggs and boil them in a deep pan on a medium flame for 9 minutes, then remove the cover and grate all the eggs, then start the gas and put the flame medium and put the deep pan on it.
Once the pan is hot, add 1 tbsp oil, then add 2 finely chopped onions and stir for 3 minutes, then add 2 tsp ginger garlic paste and stir, then add 2 finely chopped tomatoes and stir. Then add turmeric powder 1/4 tsp, red chilli powder 1 tsp, garam masala 1 tsp and stir for 3 minutes.
Then add salt 1/2 salt to test, stir and then add grated eggs, then 1 cup water, and cook for 5-7 min. Then add coriander leaves 1 tbsp. and stir, your recipe is ready.
