Dry Potato Sauce Recipe
Today we are going to learn how to make Cafe Delites Dry Potato Sauce (Dry Aloo Sauce). You can eat this Sauce with Bread Dosa. In Asian Countries, this recipe is very popular with Chapati Dosa Roti. Let’s learn how to make your own recipe.
First of all, start the gas and add oil to it. I just want to tell you how much to add. Check it out. Now add Cumin Seeds, Mustard Seeds, Gram dal, and fry well for half a minute.
Now add Urad Dal, Few Curry Leaves, Heeng, Ginger & Green Chilly, Onion, Whole Red Chily 2, Turmeric, Red Chilly Powder, Dhania. Don’t forget to stir it while adding each ingredient.
Now mash Boiled Potatoes (Aloo) 3 Medium Size by hand (you can grind it even after adding it to the mixture with the help of Scramble).
Now chop a little Cilantro on it and add 1/2 tsp of water (if it’s too dry) and leave it for 2 to 3 minutes. Your Dry Potato Sauce is ready. Please try this recipe at home.

- Water 1/2 tsp (if it’s too dry)
