Crispy Potato Laccha Pakora

First, take 3 medium size potatoes and peel them then grate the potatoes, then put them in water and wash them well. Pour in another clean water then remove all the water by hand and remove the grated potatoes in a bowl.
Now add 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp ginger powder, 1/2 tsp cumin powder, salt to test, 2 tbsp flour, 2 tbsp cornflour, 2 tbsp coriander leaves, 1 tsp green chilli and mix by hand. Mix well.
Now start the gas and put it in a deep pan then add oil for frying and when the oil is hot make small balls of the mixture and fry till golden colour. your recipe is reddy.
