Now take another pot and put 3-4 tsp Cooking Oil in it, when the oil is slightly hot add chopped ginger garlic 2-3 tsp And cut 2 Green Chillies and Medium Size Onion into large chunks, 1 Medium Size Capsicum should be cut into large pieces, Add 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder, 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder, 1 tsp Tomato Ketchup, 1-2 tsp Red Chilli Sauce, 1 tsp Soya Sauce and mix well. Add 1/4 Cup Water and 1/4 tsp Red Food Color and finally add 3 Tbsp Cornflour Water and stir the mixture.
