Appam With Appam Chutney
Today we are going to learn how to make a very good Recipe called Cafe Delites Appam With Appam Chutney (Sauce) which is especially popular in Srilanka & India. You can eat it hot for breakfast. This recipe takes less than 10 minutes to make. Let’s get started.
Appam Chutney (Sauce) :
First of all, you want to make Appam Sauce. In the bowl of Mixer Grinder, you need to throw Roasted Peanut, Roasted Chickpeas, Garlic Cloves, Green Chillies, Salt, Lemon Juice / Curd and grind it.
Now we want to crack this mixture. First of all, start the gas and put a small pot on it and add oil in it and when it is a little hot, add mustard seeds in it. Your Appam Chutney Sauce is ready.
Appam:
First of all, you want to put Rava / Suji, Sugar, Salt, Curd, And Water in the mixer grinder and grind it. When it is grinding, take it out in a pot and add Fruit Salt and mix well.
Now start the gas and put Nonstick Pan on it and apply a little bit of Oil with the help of Oil Brush or you can also make Oil-Free Appam. Now when the pan is hot, add 1/2 cup appam mixture to it. Just fry the appam on both sides for 2 minutes.

- Roasted Chickpeas 2 tbsp
- Garlic Cloves 3
- Green Chillies 4
- Salt To Test
- Lemon Juice 1Lemon/Curd 10 gm
- Mustard Seeds 1/2 tsp
- Curry Leaves 6-7
- Oil 1 tbsp

- Suji/Rava 100 gm
- Sugar 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Curd 50 gm
- 1/2 Cup Water
- Fruit Salt 1 tsp
